GENERAL FAQs
- Are pets allowed at concerts?
- Pets are not permitted during concerts, only service animals will be allowed entry. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. “Emotional support animals”, “comfort animals”, and “therapy dogs” are not classified as service animals under Title II and Title III of the The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- Is the campus ADA accessible?
- ADA parking is available on site, please notify a parking attendant upon your arrival.
- The campus itself is ADA accessible.
- Do kids get in free?
- Kids 5 and under do not require a ticket for admission.
- What are the hours at Apple Hill on concert days for ticket and non-ticket holders?
- Apple Hill will open at 3pm on show days to ticket holders only, so that you can enjoy our entire campus before the concert area gates open. A valid show ticket must be presented to enter the parking lots. Arriving before 3pm is not permitted.
- Non-ticket holders: For the general public, The 1911 Distillery will be open on concert days that fall on Thursdays-Sundays. Please check the hours & locations page for more details.
PARKING
- FREE parking is available on-site and is scheduled to open to the public between 3:00-3:30pm (time varies for each show)
- ADA/Handicap parking is available on-site, please notify a parking attendant upon your arrival.
- There is no need to pay for parking and no satellite lots are being used. All parking is FREE and available at Beak & Skiff.
- RV’s of any kind ARE NOT allowed in any event parking areas.
- DO NOT park on the side of the road or walk to Beak & Skiff. Please stay in your vehicle while waiting to enter the parking area.
- There will be a designated rideshare drop-off area.
VENUE PROTOCOLS
- All bags will be checked upon entering per posted Bag Policy.
- Cashless systems are preferred; please use credit or debit cards whenever possible.
- Hand sanitizing stations will be available at the entrance, concession areas, restrooms, and throughout the venue.
- Restrooms will be cleaned and stocked regularly.
- This is a smoke-free venue.
- Venue policies, site map, and protocols to be posted throughout the venue and online.
OTHER VENUE INFO
- 21+ bracelets will be provided upon entry. Customers must show bracelets to purchase alcoholic beverages.
- No outside beverages or food are permitted. Beak & Skiff will offer a limited (but delicious!) menu for concerts, from our kitchen. Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase as well.
- Chairs and blankets are allowed and encouraged! We will have a limited quantity of foldable chairs available for purchase, but we recommend bringing your own in case we sell out.
- Beak & Skiff is an outdoor venue and our events are RAIN OR SHINE. Please plan for the weather. However, the safety of the artist, fans and staff comes first. If severe weather threatens the area, we will evacuate the premises until such a time when it is safe for the show to continue.
- Re-entry is not permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- ADA accessible restrooms are available in multiple locations.
- Our staff and volunteers are very friendly. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need help. Our security personnel are highly trained and there are EMTs on site for your assistance.
- No alcohol may be consumed by persons less than 21 years of age. Non-adherence will result in removal from event grounds.
- No camping/overnight accommodations will be permitted.
- Please do not bring any weapons, explosives, glass, or illicit substances into the concert area.
- No cameras or audio/video equipment permitted.
- Please respect our property and staff. Anyone caught damaging property or buildings, or being abusive to any of our staff will be removed from the property, no exceptions.
- Our staff reserves the right to cut off alcohol service to any individual that appears to be intoxicated. This is at the discretion of the servers.
- Only vendors licensed with Beak & Skiff and with NYS are allowed to set up and sell on-site, no exceptions.
