  • Is the campus ADA accessible?
    • Yes. ADA parking is available on site; please notify a parking attendant upon your arrival. The campus itself is ADA accessible; please notify an employee if you’re in need of assistance.
  • Do kids get in free?
    • Kids 5 and under do not require a ticket for admission. Additionally, there is no minimum age requirement to attend shows.
  • Is seating provided?
    • Our venue is general admission with no permanent or provided seating. Guests are encouraged to bring folding chairs/blankets. A limited number of foldable chairs may be available for purchase on campus, but we recommend bringing your own to ensure seating.
  • Are pets allowed at concerts?
    • No, pets are not permitted during concerts. Only service animals will be allowed entry. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. “Emotional support animals”, “comfort animals” & “therapy dogs” are not classified as service animals under Title II and Title III of the The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) & are not permitted.
  • What are your hours on concert days for ticket holders?
    • On concert days, Apple Hill —including the parking lot, box office, Tasting Room & Tavern— opens at 3 p.m. for ticket holders only. A valid ticket is required to enter the parking lot & early arrivals before 3 p.m. are not permitted. We recommend arriving between 3pm & 5pm for a smooth entry & to enjoy the food and drinks available across campus. Please note that tailgating is NOT allowed.
  • Will Apple Hill Campus be open on Concert Days at all?
    • No, Apple Hill will not be open on concert days to guests without tickets to the show, even before 3pm
  • Will The Distillery be open on Concert Days to non-ticket holders?
    • The Distillery will be open to non-ticket holders, only if the concert falls on a Thursday-Sunday, when it would be open normally. If a concert falls on a Monday – Wednesday, the Distillery will still be closed, as we would normally be closed.
  • Where can i get food and beverages at the event? 
    • Food and drinks will be available throughout the venue. The Café will serve a full menu of favorites, while additional food tents in the concert area will offer items like burgers and sausage sandwiches. The Stand will also be open with a variety of food options and classic fried dough. Guests can visit the Bakery for fresh donuts and cookies or stop by The Sweet Apple for hot or iced coffee and ice cream. Beverage options across the venue include beer, wine, Pepsi products, fresh apple cider, 1911 Hard Ciders, and craft cocktails from the 1911 Tasting Room, including specialty festival cocktails.

PARKING

  • Tailgating is not permitted in the Beak & Skiff parking lot; thank you for understanding.
  • FREE parking is available on-site & is scheduled to open between 3:00-3:30pm (time varies by show) Check our social media stories on Facebook & Instagram for the most up-to-date info
  • ADA/Handicap parking is available on-site; please notify a parking attendant upon your arrival.
  • General parking is free at Beak & Skiff, with no need for satellite lots or additional fees. Premium parking is available for an additional cost for guests without handicap parking tags when you purchase concert tickets.
  • RV’s of any kind ARE NOT allowed in any event parking areas.
  • For your safety and the safety of our staff, DO NOT park on the side of the road or across the street at the Cider House and walk to Beak & Skiff. And please stay in your vehicle while waiting to enter the parking area.
  • The designated rideshare drop-off area is the employee lot across the street at the Cider House. Please do not park there if you are not an employee. This is a production facility, and that road to the back of the Cider House needs to remain accessible.

VENUE PROTOCOLS

  • Bag Policy: Standard bag sizes (purses, totes, and backpacks) are permitted and will be subject to search at check-in for the safety and enjoyment of all guests; please be aware all bags will be subject to search. Coolers are not permitted.
  • 21+ wristbands will be provided upon entry. Be prepared to show valid I.D. after going through security to obtain a wristband. Customers must show wristband to purchase alcoholic beverages.
  • Restrooms will be cleaned and stocked regularly, and are located in the Café, The Tasting Room, and there will be portable restrooms outside located in the concert field area. ADA accessible restrooms are available in multiple locations, including the Café and Tasting Room retail area.
  • Beak & Skiff campus is a smoke-free venue. Smoking sections are outside the main gate area.
  • EMT’s will be located on-site.
  • Standard size umbrellas without pointed ends are permitted; large beach umbrellas or umbrellas with a pointed end will *NOT* permitted inside the venue.
  • No professional photography or video equipment will be permitted inside; cell phones are fine
  • Venue policies, site map, and protocols will be posted on signage throughout the venue and posted online. We recommend checking our Instagram and Facebook stories for more detailed information on concert days.

OTHER VENUE INFO

  • No outside beverages or food are permitted. Beak & Skiff will offer a limited (but delicious) menu for concerts, from our kitchen. Both non-alcoholic & alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.
  • Guests may bring either SEALED water bottles, or EMPTY personal water bottles to fill at our hydration station. If purchased water bottles are open, you will be asked to throw them out at security check
  • Alcohol purchased from our 1911 retail area will be held behind the counter until the end of show & can be picked up with your receipt. This policy follows New York State’s consumption laws & liability regulations. Please note, the retail area closes approximately 45 min before the show ends; plan accordingly if you want to make a purchase before heading out.
  • Beak & Skiff is an outdoor venue and our events are RAIN OR SHINE. Please plan for the weather. However, the safety of the artist, fans and staff comes first. If severe weather threatens the area, we will evacuate the premises until such a time when it is safe for the show to continue.
  • Re-entry is not permitted.
  • No camping/overnight accommodations will be permitted.
  • No aerosols such as sunscreen and bug repellent spray cans are permitted; if you bring them, please use them in the parking lot and leave them in your vehicles.
  • Please do not bring any weapons, explosives, glass, or illicit substances into the concert area.
  • Our staff reserves the right to cut off alcohol service to any individual that appears to be intoxicated. This is at the discretion of the servers.
  • Only vendors licensed with Beak & Skiff and with NYS are allowed to set up and sell on-site, no exceptions.
