Flow through a vinyasa practice outdoors at the beautiful Beak & Skiff campus 🍎 and post class enjoy one of their many tasty offerings. Practice is open to all levels.

*Please register in advance for this class. No walk-ins.
*Make sure to bring your mat and any props you want to use for practice.
*Bring a towel for under your mat in case grass is wet, water, sunscreen and bug spray if needed.
